TEAM UP FOR DAW9624
|
Tuesday, September 1, 1998 Under the project, Myteks 8X96 series 8-channel 24-bit, 96 kHz A/D and D/A converters will seamlessly interface with the Sonorus STUDI/O card, resulting in DAW9624. This multichannel hardware solution will be capable of running various third-party 24-bit 96 kHz software packages for both Mac and PC. Depending on the software chosen, DAW9624 can be configured as a general purpose multichannel DAW, or CD/DVD mastering, foley, or film sound workstations, among other usages. Current 24-bit 96 kHz capable software choices include Cubase VST/24, Samplitude2496, SAWPro, Wavelab and a wide choice of plug-ins such as Waves Native Power Pack, etc. The DAW9624 will run all 48kHz and 44.1KHz software as well.
